The techs noticed that both of the front rims were bent and one of the undercarriage covers was half missing, however, there was no damage to the tires, indicating to the techs that the damage to the wheels was caused before the tires got replaced and before we purchased it. We had to get Infiniti Consumer Affairs involved to get our certified preowned Q60 repaired that FAULKNER INFINITI of Willow Grove sold us! We bought a "certified preowned" Q60 about 1 month ago. NEVER buy any guarantee and insurance from Faulkner. I was an extremely frustrating and painful working with this Faulker team. I felt extremely cheated and I requested them to at least try to file a claim with the company which they outrightly refused to do. When I spoke to the Finance Dept, they started showing the very fine prints about tire thread conditions which he never ever disclosed at the time of purchase. Their service dept refused to even claim the replacement tire saying that the tire thread is not good. A couple of weeks ago, I had a flat tire which I took to them to have replaced because there was a nail in the tire.
The finance person never disclosed any fine details. At the time of selling the warranty, they praised the insurance company and sold it to me guaranteeing that this will cover the tire replacement for any damages to the tire that can't be fixed and cause flat tire. I had purchased a tire insurance/warranty from Finance Dept. I lease an inFiniti QX40 which had run flat tires. I had a very poor experience with their Finance Dept. This review is about Faulkner's Finance Department and Service Dept.
